SPORT.LES joined MIX STUDIO to offer an elevated retreat experience in a the posh town

Italian hotel VILLA GREY in Forte Dei Marmi.

After a run and two barre classes daily, there was time for relaxing, shopping, noshing,

and toasting in town and on the beach front property.

Founder and head trainer at MIX, Alessandra did not disappoint with a wonderful itinerary. In addition,

SPORT.LES partnered with VARLEY, Formetta, and LES-FIT to build great gift bags for the retreat.

VILLA GREY represents style, passion and a taste for beautiful things.

A welcoming residence, resulting from the renovation of a twentieth century villa stretching out towards the sea and with a splendid park behind it, with the Apuan Alps as a backdrop. MIX STUIDO offers a premium fitness experience. With the main focus on barre, this was the perfect practice on the beach using only mats, bands, and ankle weights to maximize every muscle on the body - Twice per day during the retreat. You can never be prepared for the level of BURN by the end of the trip!

A retreat wouldn't come together without the best gear! VARLEY collaborated with us in offering beautiful Jumpers needed before and after each class for the chilly mornings and daily beach Aperos. The VARLEY AW21 collection was available to shop at the hotel. LES-FIT provided ankle weights and booty bands for an increased burn. Foremtta samples of the premium collagen supplement from Switzerland. And our favorite LES tote to carry all necessities to class, town, and beach.
