RETURNS POLICY

What is your Return Policy?

    • 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
    • You have 30 days from your order date to request a return. Once you have requested a return, you have 7 days to ship your item(s). If you do not ship your return within 7 days from the return request date, your order may be eligible for store credit only.

    RETURN AUTHORIZATION

    • All itmes must be unwashed, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original condition. Any stains or markings will be approved
    • No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. A return authorization is created when your return request is approved. To request a return authorization, email sales@sportles.com. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
    • RETURN SHIPPING
    • Tracking is suggested when returning a package. SPORT.LES will not be responsible for lost returned packages without tracking.
    • The client is responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and any return duties will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
    • Any itmes shipped back for a retun without tracking or signature is not at risk of SPORT.LES and we reserve the right to not submit refund if package does not arrive, is lost or stolen in transit to our warehouse.

    GIFT POLICY

    If the item is with a GIFT RECEIPT, we will give store credit to the person that receives the gift at the price purchased not current selling price. Any promotions that were used will be applied to the store credit.

    REFUND TIME

    • Returns are processed on Monday weekly and an email will be sent informing you that the return was submitted. After the refund email is sent, the amount will take 7-10 business to reflect in your account via credit card purchases or Apple Pay. Paypal will refund at the time the email is sent. Bank transfers will be submitted when then return is made and the funds should be reflected in the account within 1-2 business days.

    • ALL WAREHOUSE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

    • ALL DISCOUNTS OVER 50% ARE FINAL SALE and are non-returnable and non-refundable. It will be labeled as such on the product page, in your shopping bag, and during checkout. Please keep this in mind when choosing sizes and products. If you have any size questions, you can always reach out to our customer service team for guidance via email at info@sportles.com .
    • If there was a gift or gift card snet DURING A PROMOTIONAL SALE (ex. spend 500, get a 50CHF gift card), if over half the merchandise is returned, the gift card will be canceled.
    •  
    • ALL DISCOUNTS UNDER 50% SALE the amount is returned to the original form of payment.
    • All items are returnable within the 30 return policy, with the exception of the following:

      • FINAL SALE ITEMS : non-returnable and non-refundable
      • Gift Cards
      • Shipping
      • All DOING.LES customized products
      • Gloves and arm warmers
      • Socks and leg warmers
      • Hair accessories
      • Water Bottles
      • Lingerie
    • *Swimwear should be tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons, and must have protective hygiene strip intact.

    • We reserve the right to reject return any item that does not comply with our return policy.

How can I return an item?

SWITZERLAND + EU RETURN GUIDELINES

  • If the return is subject to any additional cost for the return, we will deduct it from the return and send over the proof of payment that was made on behalf of SPORT.LES.

If your order has been sent to a destination outside of Switzerland, customs, duties, and sales taxes are not refundable through SPORTLES.com. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

How long does it take to process a return?

What should I do if I get a damaged or defective item?

  • Please send us an email to sales@sportles.com. In the body of the email please include your order number, a picture of the damage and a short description of the issue.

Can I choose if I want a refund to my credit card or if I want store credit?

  • Yes. You can do it when you submit your return request. During the Return Request process, you will be able to write us a note: you can write here if you want a store credit or a refund to the original form of payment. You can also send us an email to sales@sportles.com.

What about VAT & Returns on the Internet?

SIZING

Some of the t-shirts and hoodies/sweatshirts are unisex, which means they run larger. ALL customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing size chart prior to purchase.

Please check size before placing order as NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed- includes size and/or color changes.

All items are custom made and produced via each order, all orders are NON RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED.

 

RETURNS

All items are FINAL SALE due being CUSTOM MADE. We are unable to return or exchange any item for any reason. Thank you for your understanding!

 

SHIPPING

- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout vary by weight

- We sell our products globally - please see the terms below for different

- UNITED STATES - tax is added at checkout

- SWITZERLAND - DOING.LES items do not include FREE SHIPPING - orders does not include import or duties, all these costs are responsible by the customer

- INTERNATIONAL - orders does not include import or duties, all these costs are responsible by the customer

 

ORDERS

- Orders generally take 3-7 business days to process, package, and ship.

- All items are CUSTOM and made-to-order, meaning we produce your items specifically for you when you order.

- We cannot cancel orders after they are placed.

- When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your order information and your tracking number. Orders may ship separately due to print and production time

- Please Note - SPORT.LES is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced orders if address is not accurate  

 

TRACKING ORDERS

- I understand SPORT.LES cannot provide additional shipping information beyond what's provided through tracking numbers once the package(s) is with USPS or any international POSTAL SERVICE.

- The tracking number will provide all the updated information, all inquiries will need to be conducted on the customers time

- I understand once an item is in transit there is no action SPORT.LES can take to expedite the delivery process.

- I understand that any delivery issues ( I.E received notification of package delivery but did not receive/see package) should be taken directly to their local post office as SPORT.LES does not manage USPS or any international POSTAL SERVICE deliveries  

- SPORT.LES is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by any international POSTAL SERVICE
