The Gym of the Future is a multidisciplinary lab where you can discover your own roots and elements. They believe stronger does not mean inflexible. Balboa's body is a unique workout that defies convention. The way to your empowerment is raw strength for a powerful nature. Body and heart, as well as living and training, are strongly intertwined. Balboa reinvents exercise in order to establish a new type of urban exchange. As Rocky puts it, going one more round when you don't think you can is what makes all the difference in your life.

CLASSES

There are many varied workouts that Balboa offer ranging from high intensity cardio to sculpting yoga classes. Here are a range of our favourites:

 

Alma Yoga

Regroup, refocus, and re-center yourself. A yoga class for all levels to help you reconnect with yourself. Take a break from your daily routine and check in with your body and mind. Concentrating on stimulating full-body flows to realign, stimulate, and strengthen your body. Connecting your motions with your breath allows you to experiment with different postures, new perspectives, and patience all while having fun.

 

Body Boost

Body Boost is when you go in and immediately go full pace. You can tone your body while also giving it an athletic shape by combining strength, cardio, stability, and mobility exercises. The acquisition of new skills, as well as the dynamic-intense nature of this workout, will assist you in achieving inner equilibrium.

 

Boxing

Boxing is a full-body workout that improves coordination, strength, speed, response time, endurance, and mental toughness. This training focuses on working with a partner on beat combinations and all other boxing movements. They don't practice with punches to the head unless your partner agrees, and you have appropriate sparring experience.

 

Flex for Strength

A stretching workout that will get you ready for intense strength training. Only if you have the mobility and flexibility to perform the exercises correctly can you gain stronger in a safe way. This training takes on an entirely distinct style thanks to influences from Asian martial arts and techniques to release your body. Its goal is to cultivate a body-awareness that allows you to let go of tension and pain in order to improve joint mobility.

 

Pilates Tribe

Pilates is a unique training program that combines stretching and strengthening movements to primarily improve the thoracic muscles (stomach, lower back, pelvic floor). A strong center, a healthy posture, and improved body awareness will be established starting from the middle of the body. Also suitable for a variety of sports, martial arts, functional training, and yoga. A classic with just the proper amount of heat.

Making your hobby into a career — and bringing your youngster to the sessions. Sandra began her profession as a personal trainer in this way, where she found joy and love in coaching and working out. Sandra joined Balboa for a variety of reasons, one of which is that she enjoys being unique, free, and incredibly creative.

Andrea enjoys and passes on the elements of circulation stimulation, constant sweating, and body shaping in her workouts. Andrea began her career in personal training before moving to Balboa, where she appreciates the freedom to "do her own thing" – and this is what distinguishes Andrea as a one-of-a-kind coach.
