AUTUMN IS HERE AND SO ARE THOSE DELICIOUS FLAVOURS AND PRODUCTS LIKE PUMPKIN, CRANBERRIES, CHEST NUTS AND MANY MORE. HERE ARE THREE OF OUR FAVOURITE, HEALTHY AND VERY EASY AUTUMN RECIPES TO MAKE

Delicious Cranberry Oatmeal

So easy to make and prepare the evening before. Just put a cup of rolled oats, two cups of almond milk, a teaspoon of orange chest, a teaspoon of chia seeds, a teaspoon of maple syrup. Bring to a boil, simmer until fully cooked. Layer in a glass with homemade cranberry sauce. Bon appetit!

Drill by Dill Protein Shake

Put all the ingredients (banana, date, peanutbutter, protein, cacao and almondmilk) together and shake. Garnish with cacao-nibs. Enjoy!

Pumpkin Spice Vegan Cookie

Grind 150 gr. of oats. Mash two bananas and four tbsp cooked pumpkin. Mix it together with a 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/4 five spice, 1/4 turmeric and a pince of pepper. Put the dough on a non-stick baking tray and bake for about 20 min (350F / 180C). So good!
