FROM STUDIO TO STREETS -

The concept behind SPORT.LES® (short for Sport Lower East Side) was founded in 2016. After years working in the fashion industry in New York City, our founder relocated to Zürich in 2015—where a clear gap in the activewear market became apparent.

From the start, SPORT.LES® focused on curating premium active and leisurewear from designers like ALO, Varley, and wellness brands such as WelleCo and The Nue Co. Every piece was carefully hand-selected to reflect our high standards in style, performance, and wellness.

Since 2023, we've gradually shifted away from our selection of over 40 designer and wellness brands to focus exclusively on developing our own line: the SPORT.LES® Studio Collection. After years of research, sourcing, and fine-tuning fits and fabrics, we’re proud to reintroduce ourselves as a stand-alone brand.

We look forward to continuing to inspire and delight you—not just through curation, but with our own unique vision and personal touch.

WHERE STYLE MEETS PRINCIPLE.

Every product we offer is held to the highest standard. Before launching our own label, we rigorously tested every designer we partnered with to ensure quality, performance, and fit. Today, that same commitment carries through in our own collection—crafted with premium fabrics and thoughtful design to deliver lasting style, comfort, and durability.

ETHICAL BY DESIGN. ELEVATED BY STYLE

We take pride in partnering with like-minded businesses—especially those led by women. We're inspired by ambitious women who have stepped out of their comfort zones to follow their passion, build purposeful brands, and grow ethical businesses. Sharing these stories and supporting their journeys is a core part of who we are.

PASSION-LED. WOMAN-BUILT. IMPACT-DRIVEN.

At SPORT.LES®, we champion women who lead with courage, creativity, and purpose. From our founder to the partners we work with, we celebrate the bold choice to build something meaningful—on their own terms. We’re proud to be part of a growing network of women redefining success, supporting one another, and proving that passion and integrity can shape powerful brands.

CURATED FOR THE MODERN WOMAN WHO LEADS WITH STRENGTH, GRACE, AND AUTHENTICITY

FROM CONCEPT TO CREATION: OUR FOUNDER’S STORY

Megan Herak, Founder and CEO of Switzerland’s first luxury multi-designer activewear concept, brings over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry, including nearly a decade focused on activewear and wellness. Her background includes key roles as Retail Director and Buyer for luxury fitness studios in New York City. After relocating to Switzerland, Megan identified a clear market gap—often having to personally source her favorite designers from New York and Los Angeles. This insight led her to launch SPORT.LES®, creating a curated platform that brings premium activewear to discerning customers.

A NOTE FROM EXPERIENCE – AN EXTRA DOSE OF PERSPECTIVE

Looking back on your entrepreneurial journey, do you have any regrets?

Not at all. I approach every experience with curiosity and openness, always eager to learn and grow—even from mistakes. The entrepreneurial path is truly a rollercoaster, full of highs and lows. What I’ve taken away from this journey so far is a deep confidence in my ability to face challenges head-on and keep moving forward.

What were your biggest fears when starting your own business?

The fear of failure is the most common—and for me, not knowing the local language added another layer of uncertainty. But here we are, one year later, and the business is finally starting to gain traction!

What have you learned from your journey?

I’ve learned that it’s okay to ask for help—no matter where it comes from. Having been through previous entrepreneurial ventures, I now have a clearer understanding of the process and the path ahead. I actively seek advice, embrace mentorship, and absorb knowledge from books or any resource that helps me grow and sharpen my edge. Becoming part of the community, giving back, and supporting others on the same journey has become a personal mission—and it often returns in the most unexpected and rewarding ways.

What would you say to someone hesitant about starting their own business?

Having a great idea is just the beginning—execution, consistency, and persistence are what truly make it happen. Learn to manage the fear and don’t let the “what ifs” take over your mind. Celebrate every small win and take time to recognize how far you’ve come. The journey can feel overwhelming when the to-do list never ends, and there will be highs and lows. But if you’re passionate about your vision and committed to seeing it through, the effort is absolutely worth it.
