Nadine is an Alliance Certified International yoga teacher, based in Switzerland, who also travels to share her passion. She has been trained by Sanjeev Bhanot and is constantly learning to grow as a teacher. She believes that being a teacher means being a 'lifetime student'. She is eager to learn everyday and share her knowledge with her fellow students. She feels deeply that yoga has the power to transform people's lives as it did for her own life! Her passion is to open people's eyes to the true potential of their mind and body and allow them to shine, feel healthy, balanced and strong. Nadine is passionate about living a healthy life and balanced lifestyle, which she hopes to share with you soon on the yoga mat!
She is organising workshops and retreats in 2022 to help people from feeling stuck in their lives, which she felt in her life and wants to help others progress, feel alive and not being controlled by fears.
She wrote "Do you sometimes feel stuck, overwhelmed and find it hard to advance in life? Do you sometimes feel like you are going nowhere or just going around in circles and no longer seeing all those treasures and gifts that life has brought to you? We are all so busy running around that sometimes we forget what's really important! We forget to stop, breathe and appreciate what we have achieved so far and what we have going for us. Life is beautiful and we just need to stop once in a while to be present, be grateful for the simple things in life and feel reconnected to ourselves. My mission is to help you feel lighter, find some answers and fall in love with yourself again by believing in your courage and your strength that is within."

Our City Ambassador's help message our brand image to the community by using their social network such as presenting S.L in top studios, communities and cities by styling their S.L gear and helping us grow via word of mouth.

1. What is your go-to fuel in the morning?
Oil pulling with sesame oil, massaging skin with coconut oil (Ayuvedic influence) and then taking a hot/cold shower. After these 5 minutes I meditate with guided apps (Boho beautiful and Superhuman), I then make myself a hot water with lemon and ginger and then I start my day teaching yoga online
2. What does a typical day in your week look like?
I centre myself and recharge my batteries with breath work before teaching online meditation and yoga. I then go for a walk in the nature and work on my projects. I also love cooking and spending time in the kitchen and inviting friends over! I try too see them 3 x per week minimum! Life is all about balance and having fun too.
3. Tell us about your lifestyle: what are your daily fitness routines?
I teach daily so I am working out at the same time (apart from week-ends), I also go boxing with a trainer 1x per week and I go fast walking daily with friends or alone whilst listening to podcasts.
4. A song you can’t workout without?
I don't have one song in particular! As long as it's upbeat! At the moment, I love Ed Sheeran, Justin Bieber (I don't care) and Dua Lipa (Cold Heart) I just love music and it's a must when working out! My trainer has amazing tunes too, which I Shazam :)

1. What drove you to become a fashion fitness ambassador?
I was driven by it since I love fashion and I want to feel my best in the outfits whilst working out. I want to feel sexy and strong and encourage others to feel the same! We all deserve to feel amazing!
2. What's in your workout bag?
I always have water, a snack, an apple and a deodorant (Respire, a natural deodorant) and my earphones to listen to music :)
3. Favorite activewear designer?
I love Alo Yoga and Onzie! Depends on my mood!
4. Activewear piece that you can’t live without?
My new Alo Yoga Peak Bra Black (I feel amazing and sexy in it) (pictured left)
1. What is the best thing about being a fitness instructor?
2. If you weren't a fitness instructor, what would you be?
I have already tried other jobs and for me I can only imagine myself being a trainer and hosting retreats. I want to encourage people to move their body and feel their best!
3. What 3 things does anyone starting in your industry need to know?
4. What have you learned the most from the industry?
I realised that it's all about helping each other out. It's not about competing with others. I feel that we are a community and I love working with others. No-one is a threat to me. I love learning from others too and building each other up.
