HOW LONG DOES A PACKAGE TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Orders will dispatch within 2 working days. A confirmation email with tracking will be sent upon shipping. Generally delivery takes between 3-10 days. At times, customs will take extra time to process depending on the country.
NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES INTO THE EU + UK
The recipient is responsible for import, VAT, and duty costs. At times the package will be held at the post or customs office since signature is required and payment of the duties upon delivery.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING RETURNS?
Customers are responsible for shipping returned items. An address label is included with the initial delivery. Tracking is suggested when returning a package. S.L will not be responsible for lost returned packages without tracking.
WHAT SHOULD BE ADDED ON THE CUSTOM FORMS FOR RETURNS?
Do not add a value for retuned items, note that it is returned items at a zero value and let the shipper know it is for RETURNED MERCHANDISE.
