Overall Alo Yoga fits true to size, but we find that customers often size down in the leggings for a tighter fit. Alo's high waist leggings sit above the naval, and the waistband on most high waist styles is just over 4”. The leggings come up relatively long, so if you are petite, you may want to consider a ⅞ or cropped length legging.
